We’re confident you’re going to love your experience with our zPods® beds just like so many of the other individuals and families we’ve worked with. But if your experience is less than ideal, we understand and have a return policy we believe you’ll be satisfied with.

We invite you to try out our beds for the next 100 days to see if they work for your specific needs. Please read below to learn more about our policy.

HOW IT WORKS

  • We offer a full refund on your purchase price so that you don’t regret your decision to try our sleep solution. Just give our bed 100 days to see if it suits the needs of you or your family.

  • Beds that are returned will be donated or sold to a local special needs charity or family in need of a zPods® bed.

  • We do not refund shipping costs or processing fees.

  • For the bed to qualify for a return, it must not be damaged (e.g., no cracks or broken parts, no damaged electronics). If the bed is damaged, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept the return and what amount will be refunded according to the costs needed to make necessary repairs.

  • Please return it in the original packaging to keep it safe. Returning it without the original packaging will result in a 10% fee + repair costs for any damage.

  • We do not give refunds for items you purchased from us in addition to the zPods® bed (e.g., mattresses, televisions).

  • We only accept returns on direct sales. Sales through DME distributors are impossible to refund. If you buy your bed through Acima, Affirm, or any other financing institutions, you must resolve returns according to those institutions’ policies.

  • This offer is currently not available to buyers outside the contiguous United States.

MAKING A RETURN

  1. If you decide to return your zPods® bed, please write to support@zpodsforsleep.com and clearly articulate your desire to return the bed within 100 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once we receive your request, we require two weeks to arrange delivery to the bed’s new owner. We will compensate you $50 for every day beyond the two-week period that you hold the bed in storage.

  3. During the time that we arrange delivery, safely disassemble and re-package the zPods® bed in its original packaging. You and the new owner are generally responsible for coordinating a time when the new owner can pick up the packages from your home or other location.

  4. Refund final after delivery

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
 

THE ZPODS® PROMISE OF QUALITY

Your purchase of a zPods® Gen 2 Single or Double is an investment in the health and wellness of your family. We’re thrilled that we get to play a role in your family’s well-being and will work hard to make sure you are pleased with your decision to go with zPods®. We’re confident in the quality of our beds but recognize that sometimes errors and defects may occur during manufacturing. In the unlikely event that a zPods® Gen 2 Single or Double covered by our Limited Five-Year Warranty should fail due to material, workmanship, or manufacturing defect, we promise to send replacement parts or repair the problem at no additional cost to the original purchaser. The zPods® Limited Five-Year Warranty is our assurance to you that any zPods® Gen 2 Single or Double you purchase will be free from material, workmanship, or manufacturing defects over the first five years of the product, as per the terms and conditions of our warranty below.

LIMITATIONS & EXCEPTIONS

Under this Limited Five-Year Warranty, the sole liability of zPods® is limited to, as its option, replacement or repair of component parts or items under warranty. zPods® will, at its discretion, replace items in their entirety only if the material, workmanship, or manufacturing defects cannot be remedied by replacing the defective parts. If the component parts or items under warranty are discontinued, zPods® will, at its discretion, replace the component parts or items with comparable parts or items of equal or lesser value. Additionally, zPods® is limited to covering packing, shipping, or transportation costs to replace said parts or items for one year after the verified time of purchase. One year after purchase, the purchaser will be responsible for covering all packing, shipping, and transportation costs for replacement parts or items.

This Limited Five-Year Warranty provides coverage to the original purchaser, only for products located at the original address the item was shipped to, and does not apply to merchandise purchased "as-is" or second-hand. All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household or commercial usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from regular wear and tear, misuse, abuse, damage by customer or anybody in customer’s household, alteration, pet or animal damage, chemical damage, water damage, fire damage, damage as a result of natural disaster, improper cleaning or care, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance. This warranty is null and void if the zPods® Gen 2 Single or Double has been moved from the original point of delivery. This Limited Five-Year Warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatments or protective coatings to the plastic or finish of any zPods® Gen 2 Single or Double. Any such chemical treatments or protective coatings void the warranty of zPods®. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from soiling, unapproved cleaning or maintenance methods, fading or other damages resulting from exposure to sunlight, damages resulting from household humidity, or damages resulting from any liquid, including but not limited to water or alcohol.

All electronics are subject to the terms stated above with the exception that the electronics are covered for one year only.

This Limited Five-Year Warranty does not apply to any products that have been purchased separately from the zPods® Gen 2 Single or Double (i.e., television, mattress, etc.) or product parts that have been altered by any person without the express written authorization of zPods®.

DISCLAIMER

NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY HAS BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF ZPODS® WITH RESPECT TO THE ZPODS® GEN 2 SINGLE OR DOUBLE AND ITS PARTS, OR THE OPERATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ZPODS® GEN 2 SINGLE OR DOUBLE AND ITS PARTS. SOME PARTIES OFFER EXTENDED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL PLASTIC WARRANTIES. ZPODS® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OFFERED BY ANY VENDOR OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. IN NO EVENT SHOULD ZPODS® BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZPODS’ RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS REPLACEMENT.
